Questions We Hear Before Booking
The things clients ask most often before and after a session, answered plainly.
What does "sightline" actually mean?
It's the alignment cue built into your club — a dot, a single line, a triple-track marking, or a topline shape — that's meant to help your eyes confirm the face is aimed where you want. It only works correctly if your eyes are positioned the way the manufacturer assumed when they designed it.
Why check eye dominance before shafts and heads?
Eye dominance and eye-line position change what "square" looks like to you personally. Getting those wrong means every alignment aid on every club you buy afterward is being read through the same distortion — fixing it first often matters more than any head or shaft decision.
How long does a fitting session take?
Single-club fittings (driver, fairway wood, hybrid, iron, or wedge) run 45–60 minutes. Putter fittings run about 60 minutes. A full-bag setup session covering every club typically takes 2–3 hours.
Do I have to buy clubs after my fitting?
No. There's never any obligation to purchase. You'll receive a written setup report with our findings, and if you do order afterward, your session fee is credited in full toward the build.
What should I bring to my session?
Bring your current clubs relevant to the fitting, the shoes you normally wear to play, and a rough sense of your typical scores or handicap if you know it.
Is the eye-dominance test actually reliable, or is it just for show?
The sighting exercises we use are the same core method vision professionals use to check dominance, paired with an overhead camera that shows exactly how a given dominance reading plays out in your own golf posture — not a generic assumption based on handedness.
Do you fit left-handed golfers?
Yes. Our demo wall carries left-handed heads across every major category, and our overhead camera and sightline-testing setup works identically for right- and left-handed golfers.
Can I get fit if I already love my current clubs?
Absolutely. Many clients come in just to verify their setup and sightline style on clubs they already own, without any intent to buy something new.
How long does it take to receive new clubs after ordering?
Most builds are completed in-house within one week of ordering, since we stock components and build on-site rather than routing orders through an outside factory queue.
What areas do you serve?
Our studio is located in Henderson, Nevada, and we regularly serve golfers across the greater Las Vegas Valley, including Green Valley, Anthem, and Boulder City.
