Wedge Fitting

Short shots put you closer to the ball, with a narrower stance and a more open setup than a full swing — conditions that shift eye-line more than any other shot in the bag, which is exactly why wedge misses so often get blamed on touch instead of setup.

Full Swing vs. Partial Shot

Your Setup Changes More Than You Think Inside 60 Yards

We photograph your wedge setup at three distances — full swing, half swing, and a short chip — and compare eye-line across all three. Golfers who read fine on full wedge shots frequently show a measurable eye-line shift on the shortest shots, where stance width and ball position both change the most.

Bounce and grind still matter for turf interaction, but we check them alongside your setup data rather than as a standalone spec sheet exercise.

What We Adjust

The Build Decisions That Matter Most

Bounce Angle

Matched to your typical attack angle and turf conditions, checked alongside your setup data rather than in isolation.

Grind

Heel, toe, and camber relief shape how forgiving the sole is on open-face shots, which matters most for players who open the face for flop and bunker shots.

Loft Gapping

Set so each wedge covers a distinct, repeatable distance without overlapping the club next to it, based on your actual carry numbers from the session.

Fix Your Short-Game Setup

Sessions run 45–60 minutes and test full swings, partial shots, and bunker lies together.
